The American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) is dedicated to empowering the next generation of transportation leaders by easing the financial barriers to higher education. Building on this mission locally, the ASHE Tampa Bay Chapter is taking long-term commitment a step further by establishing an endowed scholarship at the University of South Florida (USF). By securing permanent funding for USF Civil Engineering students, the chapter ensures a continuous legacy of support for aspiring professionals right in our community.
