The vision and mission of the American Society of Engineers is to become a nationally recognized voice for the highway industry by providing a forum for members and partners of the highway industry that supports education, innovation and fellowship, thereby promoting a safe and efficient highway system for mobility now and in the future.
Membership in the American Society of Highway Engineers is open to all those who have demonstrated experience in the highway or a highway related industry. Neither a college degree nor professional licensures are prerequisites to membership. We welcome all those committed to abide by the Constitution and By-Laws of the American Society of Highway Engineers and to support us in the fulfillment of our vision and mission.
